Shipping policy
Via DHL:
We generally ship our packages with DHL. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 days of receipt of the order. Please note that for deliveries to third countries, especially Switzerland, in addition to the package fees, customs clearance fees will also be charged. Please order in good time around Easter, holidays, and vacation periods.

Return policy:
You can return your order to us within 2 weeks of receiving the goods. Excluded are items made specifically for you, such as custom and tailored products.
Complaints:
All shipments sent by us are personally checked for the accuracy of the contents. If you still receive a shipment in which something is incorrect or damaged, please call us immediately upon receipt of the shipment so that we can resolve the matter to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. Please understand that we do not accept unpaid shipments.
Missing information:
If any information is missing or unclear in your order, we will of course make an effort to contact you personally by phone or email. If this is not possible or we do not receive a response from you, we reserve the right to supplement the missing information to the best of our knowledge.
