SHIPPING AND PAYMENT TERMS
Via DHL:
We generally ship our consignments with DHL. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 days of receipt. Please note that for deliveries to third countries, especially Switzerland, customs clearance fees are charged in addition to the parcel fees. Please order in good time for Easter, public holidays and vacation periods.

Return policy:
You can return your order to us within 2 weeks of receiving the goods. This excludes bows specially made for you, custom arrows and items ordered on your behalf from external suppliers.
Complaints:
All consignments sent by us are personally checked for correct contents. If you should nevertheless receive a consignment with something incorrect or damaged, please call us immediately upon receipt of the consignment so that we can resolve the matter to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. We will arrange for incorrect items to be collected from you so that you incur no postage costs. Please understand that we cannot accept unpaid consignments.
Missing information:
If information is missing from your order or is unclear, we will of course endeavour to contact you personally by telephone or email. If this is not possible or we do not receive a reply from you, we reserve the right to add the missing information (nock colour, fletching colour, tip weight, etc.) to the best of our knowledge.
