Then you can become part of our referral program.
You will receive your personal Lucy & Fly recommendation code from us. You can share this code with friends, acquaintances, customers, followers, or other dog lovers.
Here's how it works
1. Request recommendation code
Simply contact us via WhatsApp and request your personal Lucy & Fly recommendation code.
2. Share code
You can personally share your code, post it on social media, mention it in your blog or on your website, or directly recommend it to your customers and contacts.
3. New customer contacts us
The referred person contacts Lucy & Fly via WhatsApp, mentions your recommendation code, and receives personal advice from us.
Important: The code is not automatically redeemed in the shop. The new customer first contacts us so that we can provide appropriate advice and correctly assign the recommendation.
4. New customer receives discount
The new customer receives €10 discount on her first order of €120 order value.
5. You will receive credit or commission
You can choose between €10 Lucy & Fly thank you credit for your next order or 5% commission as a payout via PayPal or bank transfer.
When is a recommendation considered successful?
A recommendation is considered successful when:
the new customer mentions your recommendation code before placing the order,
the order amounts to at least 120 €,
the order was paid,
the order was not canceled,
the items were not returned.
The reward will be checked and released 30 days after shipping.
Credit or payout – you decide
If you would still like to order from Lucy & Fly, you can collect your thank-you credit.
Example:
With 3 successful recommendations, you will receive 30 € Lucy & Fly credit for your next order.
If you prefer a payout, you will receive 5 % commission on successful recommendations.
The payout occurs once a month, as soon as at least 25 € commission has been reached.
A cash payout is not possible. The payout is possible via PayPal or bank transfer.
Who can participate?
Our referral program is for everyone who wants to honestly recommend Lucy & Fly.
You can participate if you:
are already a customer of Lucy & Fly,
like to show your Lucy & Fly products,
are active online,
have a blog or a website,
use an Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok profile,
have a dog group or community,
work professionally with dog people,
or simply recommend Lucy & Fly out of conviction.
